So Bey

In current times of social, economic and food-security uncertainties, So Bey is a performance about feeding our families.

We gather in three separate yet interconnected ways: at a Winnipeg grocery store, in the bush, and in a northern community. We come together to make something out of the food that we have collected from these seemingly disparate sources.

The performance touches on a variety of topics from food security to contemporary Indigenous experience to our 2017 Sobey Art Award long-list nomination.
